Return/Replacement

We always strive to provide the best customer experience to our customers.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement within 14 business days. Must provide proof of purchase and serial number.
If you want to return an item due to change of heart, we will gladly process your return with 20% restocking fee within 45 days from the purchase date. Return shipping charge is nonrefundable. Refund will be available within 3-7 business days after we receive the shipment. If some parts in the package are missing or damaged, we will deduct the corresponding amount of money from your refund.

Return notice for Laser Beam Pro C200

Please make sure to clear all your personal information such as files stored in internal memory (NAND FLASH > File Manager > Apps), browsing history from internet, all ID & Password that are saved for Wi-Fi, Google account, Apps, etc. should be deleted from your Laser Beam Pro C200 prior to return.

We, KDCUSA, are not responsible for any outcome or consequence from non-complying .

Damaged in Transit

If you received an item that was damaged while in transit, please file a claim with the delivery company. Also, inform us as soon as possible so we can do our part in rectifying the incident.

Warranty

All our product comes with one year warranty. You must contact the customer department at cs@kdcusa.com with a picture of the serial number of model (found on the bottom of the projector) and proof of purchase. After we confirm that your product was purchased from us or an authorized seller, we will process your warranty.

  • If you purchased product(s) from seller KDC on eBay or Amazon, you must contact eBay and Amazon..
  • If you purchased product(s) from a business or website other than KDC. You must contact the original seller.
  • We do not provide warranty service on products sold by unauthorized sellers.

Tax/Customs Duty

Any tax imposed by the state of California, US government and/or your government will be added at check out.
